Seems to me you'd need the following generations to hook up with (in no particular order) goats/hippogriffs/river serpents/some kinda deer before the kids start looking like Discord's family album. With potential reunions like that, I'd get petrified for couple centuries m'self.
Hey, longtime lurk-trawler, first-time commenter on your spiffy work. I actually stumbled across these exquisite sketches back during your GoKi kick, and while I only caught a case of Bronitis(R) roughly half a year ago, I must say this: thanks to the emotional range your Twilestia collection covers, I'm far, far more comfortable with open displays of love &...well, extreme tolerance 'tween consenting magical equinesses than I ever anticipated being.
That noted, it's all too easy to get bronied out these days, so best of luck recharging your artistic juices, whatever the subject may be.
Oh goki...don't get me started on how bad those pictures were. I still deeply love the ship, but I haven't had the heart to draw them recently. I might give it another go just to see what I can do now...I'm glad you like the flow of my projects though. That they're still holding interest for you even as I try new things :3
Well, true artists never give themselves a break, right?
Seriously, even your most half-baked KP sketches put the scant "official/stock" (i.e. beach towel, birthday napkin, etc.) stuff I've seen to shame. I'd be stoked to see what you consider improvement in that department.
Ah, and whatever you do, keep tinkering with color, 'cause your Brushie!Ponies are ludicrously cuddlesome.
Oh, right, this sketch: interesting combination of mane, wry expression & trim build on the dragon, and I dig how the pony's forelegs don't display that odd MLP "reverse taper" effect where the appendages are *thinnest* joining the torso. Toon proportions, am I right?
